Capital City Event Center offers a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring the culinary skills of award winning chefs from our preferred catering vendors. We can accommodate your individual and group requests with a seasonal menu that meets a variety of tastes. Special requests can also be accommodated.
Because the Capital City Event Center is not a restaurant, our chefs plan a tasting of various select entrees, appetizers, and salads every two to three months. If you elect to use an outside caterer, please note that there is an additional $150.00 fee to cover cleaning costs, provide training for unfamiliar staff, and to conduct a required tour of the premises for third party vendors. In addition all caterers will be charged a 20% management fee per contract (less tax and gratuity) which they may in-turn pass on to you.
